New Law In Iceland Aims At Reducing Country's Gender Pay Gap
NPR's Ari Shapiro talks to Icelandic activist Brynhildur Heidar og Omarsdottir about the new gender equity law in Iceland, which went into effect on Monday. The law requires employers with 25 workers or more to prove that they pay men and women equally for equal work.
