Sorry for posting in English, but from what I’ve researched, I know that there’s a team called Brasiliense that once reached Serie A before, but rapidly declined after only 1 season in it, relegating to Serie D. Then, I read that its owner got arrested and his young daughter took over the team, and despite being one of the teams with the biggest investment there, it cannot make its way out of Serie D since 2014 (this year it has a super good campaign in the group stage, but was eliminated after being slaughtered by a random team 0-4 in the knockout stages). So this makes me wondering if there are a ton of corruption and mismanagement within the team that hindered its performance? And why hasn’t the friggin capital of the land of football managed to come up with a competitive football team (at least for a while)? Thanks in advance!
